Both of these fare types offer you the flexibility to reschedule or cancel any tickets you have booked. An Economy Fare allows you to reschedule your booking prior to the day of departure with a small fee charged, whilst a Premium Fare allows our customers the flexibility to reschedule their booking right up until 2 Hours prior to the flight for free.
We can accept cash, cheque, credit card, EFTPOS and bank transfer payments for your booking.

If you have purchased an Economy or Premium Fare you may be entitled to a refund.
If you have purchased a Seat Only or Seat + Bag fare, we can place your fare on hold for 12 months prior to the day of departure. You can then call us to reschedule your flight for a small fee.

Unlike many other airlines, we do not charge the Earth for excess luggage. If you have more luggage than is allocated on your flight we will only charge you $2 extra for each additional kilogram on flights to/from Great Barrier Island, and $4 extra for each additional kilogram on all other flights.
